Unhinged is a monthly 4-hour experience and ongoing series where you get to step outside of who you’ve been told to be and into the full spectrum of who you are. This space invites your voice, your rage, your sensuality, and everything in between. Through guided practices, movement, and deep exploration, each session becomes a place to unravel, express, and reclaim yourself, one layer at a time. Come to one or move through the full series, each experience stands on its own while building something deeper over time.
