Expand self-awareness, deepen relational presence, and unlock new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting — through the intelligence of the body.
UNFOLD is a guided group experience where movement becomes a tool for insight and transformation.
Drawing on Authentic Movement, Social Presencing Theater, Holistic Dance and relational embodiment practices, we work with the body as a compass to:
- Recognise and shift limiting patterns
- Strengthen the ability to listen to self, others, and the collective;
- Access generative states where creativity and clarity emerge naturally;
- Build trust and presence in group dynamics.
In UNFOLD, we don’t force outcomes — we create the conditions for what is ready to emerge.
It’s a space for curiosity, honest connection, and meaningful change.

Psychologist, embodiment and movement facilitator, and somatic practitioner whose work invites people to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies.
Rooted in practices such as Authentic Movement, Social Presencing Theater (SPT), Holistic Dance and Embodiment Coaching, Ana creates spaces where movement is not a performance, but a way of listening — to self, to others, and beyond.
Her approach blends over 2 decades of facilitation experience with a deep personal practice of embodiment, ritual, and presence. She believes that movement is not only a tool for expression, but also a path to clarity, integration, and aligned action.
Ana’s spaces offer participants the rare chance to slow down, be witnessed without judgment, and move from a place of inner truth.
