Unfiltered: A Meditative Art Workshop

No art skills required. Seriously.

We’ll start with a simple exercise: close your eyes and let your hand move for five seconds. No planning. No perfection. Just instinct.

Then we’ll color in what shows up.

With music playing and a cocktail or glass of bubbles in hand, we’ll spend time filling in our abstract shapes and reflecting on what we see. Not in a therapy way. In a curious, low-pressure way.

This is about slowing down, getting out of your head, and letting something unexpected surface.

Your ticket includes:
– One 12x18 mixed media sheet
– Shared access to premium paint markers

Come alone or bring a friend. Leave with your art and maybe a new perspective.

Info: We'll grab a drink, find a good spot, chat a bit, get comfy.

Info: First we will get quiet, close our eyes. We will guide you through about a 5-10 second "scribble." Then you can spend as much time as you need coloring in your scribble and making your art uniquely yours. The idea is not perfection, but rather more intuitive.

Info: Anyone who wants to share what they think their drawing represents or how it makes them feel is encouraged. We can talk about colors and shapes. Refrain from giving advice unless solicited and judgement is not permitted.

Info: We'll ease out of the activity and hopefully will new insights, perspectives, and a lot of calm.
