In this 2-hour workshop, students will learn the art of undulations! Undulations are one of the most sensual belly dance movements. Students will learn to isolate the correct muscles for undulations, apply undulations to other movements, and learn the art of rolling undulations. This class includes a yoga component including a full yogic warm-up, guided meditation, and yin yoga cool down. This workshop is meant to provide dancers with a lesson on belly dance technique while also providing space to restore and rejuvenate.
