What if the parts of you you've been taught to hide, your fear, your rage, your grief, your hunger, weren’t problems to fix, but portals to power, tenderness, and belonging?
UNDERWORLD is a 2.5-day immersive journey where we transform shame into expression, trauma into connection, and taboo into truth. Through carefully held rituals, somatic practices, and relational alchemy, we welcome what has been exiled back into the wholeness of who we are.
This is a space for softness and depth.

For longing, honesty, grief, play, and presence.

Friday Evening: Landing and Opening the Brave Space
We begin by arriving in our bodies through playful movement and connection, meeting one another with openness and curiosity. Together we explore how our instincts both protect and enliven us, and how the shadow lives within the body. As the evening unfolds, we begin weaving a culture of trust and safety, one that allows us to become more intimate with our shadow and with each other.
Saturday: Embodiment, Somatic Relational Shadow Work & The Temple
The day opens with grounding practices to awaken presence and release tension. Through partner and group explorations, we deepen into somatic connection, honoring both the yearning and the hesitation that arise in relationship. Paired practices invite us to engage with consent, embodiment, and shadow integration.
In the evening, we enter The Temple, a ritual playground for exploring the full spectrum of life: shadow, sensuality, grief, rage, and wildness. Within clear agreements and guided support, participants are invited to move authentically, safely, and with embodied awareness.
Sunday: Integration & Closing
We begin with joyful movement and embodied practices that open space for authentic expression. In Circle Somatica, participants are witnessed in their truth, from grief and rage to forgiveness and self-acceptance, within a container of compassion and presence.We close the weekend with co-regulation practices and a final circle, harvesting insights and embodied wisdom to carry forward into daily life.

There will be 1,5h lunch break and 1h dinner break, where you can eat your own lunch or grab some food from a local cafe or supermarket.

Shadow Alchemy – Practice turning internalized shame, fear, or suppression into gold—by listening to what these energies truly need, not what they’ve been judged to be.
Relational Somatics – Experience yourself in the eyes, hearts, and bodies of others through paired breathwork, witnessing rituals, and embodied boundary practices.
Primal Play & Emotional Expression – Release stuck energy in playful, consensual, ritual containers that honor the body’s natural language of sound, movement, and sensation.
Trauma-Informed Integration – We honor your capacity. You will not be pushed. Every invitation is consent-based, rooted in safety, and led by the intelligence of your body.
Sacred Group Ritual – We gather in collective rites that allow us to be seen, felt, and celebrated in our aliveness—including the messy, awkward, powerful parts we usually hide.
