Join us for a free 4-part workshop series designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of mental health and develop practical skills for personal growth and healing. This engaging and supportive series will take place on Mondays from 6:30-8:00 PM on September 15, 22, 29, and October 6, at the Upper Room, First Congregational United Church of Christ.
Workshop Schedule:
- Weeks 1 & 2: Regulate – The Foundation for Change
Explore why we experience dysregulation and learn skills to manage emotions.
- Week 3: Relate – The Road to Healing
Discover the powerful connection between community and healing while developing communication skills and boundaries.
- Week 4: Repair – Restoring the Story
Understand how shame impacts daily life and gain skills for forgiveness and practical healing.
