Understanding Your Child’s Curls

Join us for the very first Curly Roots UK workshop — a relaxed and welcoming session created for parents who want to better understand, care for, and celebrate their child’s natural curls.

Led by the curl specialist Charles Mbiro is the founder of Kink By Nature, a curly hair specialist salon, and K-Bien, a curly hair care brand created to support healthy hair. With over 30 years of experience, Charles has dedicated his career to understanding curly hair and sharing practical knowledge that empowers people to care for it with confidence.

This pilot workshop is the first step in developing a learning programme for parents of children with curly hair. Alongside sharing expert advice and practical tips, we want to hear directly from parents about the challenges they face and the topics they'd like future workshops to explore, helping shape sessions that truly meet the needs of the community

After the workshop, stay and connect with other parents in a relaxed atmosphere on the beautiful rooftop, enjoy a drink, share experiences and continue the conversation with the Curly Roots community.
