About this Event
“Many conflicts are driven by interpretation, not what actually happened.”
In this workshop we'll explore how the mind naturally fills in gaps when information is missing, often shaping our emotions, assumptions, and communication without us realizing it.
These internal stories can quietly influence how we interpret tone, intent, and meaning, sometimes creating distance or conflict where none was intended. In this reflective and practical workshop, participants will learn to notice their internal narratives, understand how past experiences inform present reactions, and practice ways to slow down the story making process.
Attendees will leave with tools for clearer communication, increased self awareness, and more grounded conversations rooted in curiosity rather than assumption.
