Understanding the Basics of Motivational Interviewing when Working with TAY

Join us for an in-person training focused on understanding the basics of Motivational Interviewing and how we can utilize these skills to guide young adults we work with. We will learn key strategies and focus on ways that we can empower youth we work with and strengthen their own motivation for change. The training will include both learning the core components of Motivational Interviewing and ample opportunities to practice and role play key skills.
