Understanding Telekinesis: Awakening the Mind–Energy Connection

This 1hr workshop introduces telekinesis as a practice of reconnecting with the mind–energy relationship that exists within and around us. The session begins with a short introduction exploring the idea that we are often capable of more than we believe, and that part of spiritual growth is learning to “remember who we are.”

Participants will then create a simple telekinesis practice tool made from folded paper and a stand. This tool will be used during the workshop and can be taken home so you can continue practicing after the event.

We will explore techniques that help focus attention and energy toward moving the object. I will demonstrate the process and then guide everyone through their own attempts while we experiment with what works, what doesn’t, and how to move past common blocks.

No prior experience is needed and no materials are required, everything will be provided for you.

This workshop builds on the ideas explored in Part 1: Connecting With the Sacred Body (Posted in Eventbrite), where we examine how appreciating our bodies as vessels for experience can transform the way we relate to ourselves. While attending Part 1 is strongly encouraged, newcomers are still welcome to join and explore the practice.
