Understanding Structure: Fundamentals to Body Function & Injury Management

Come join us on Tues 15 Oct 2024 at 5:30pm for the first of Zig Theory Club's new series on women's sport education for Ultimate Frisbee players funded by The Power of Her! Workshop Mentor: Andrew Roesler from South Australian Integrated Therapies (SAIT) will run a hands-on session on the importance of body structure and how it relates to its function and injury management.

All registered and attending participants will go in the draw to win prizes provided at each session (stretch bands, massagers, discs etc).
