Understanding Stalking and Harassment

You will be emailed a quick questionnaire to be completed prior to and following the session. You will not gain access to the training without completion of the pre-questionnaire.

We consider the differences between stalking and harassment and explore the behaviours in these categories that can present in the context of intimate relationships. Patterns and escalation of behaviour are considered in terms of the factors that may lead someone to use this behaviour and the impacts that it can have.

Legislation and law in relation to stalking and harassment is reviewed and there is a focus on recent changes/developments and also what considerations are used in sentencing.

Lastly, we explore the support available for victims of stalking and harassment and how we can assist and signpost.
