Description: Join us for a free psychoeducational session on understanding postpartum depression (PPD) and anxiety, facilitated by Anastasia Machan, a seasoned expert in family wellness. This workshop offers crucial insights into the symptoms, impacts, and management of PPD and anxiety.

Participants will engage in discussions on:

  • Understanding PPD and Anxiety: Learn about the signs, symptoms, prevalence, and risk factors associated with these conditions.
  • Impacts: Explore how PPD and anxiety affect parents, families, and children, emphasizing the long-term effects if left unaddressed.
  • Management and Treatment: Discover treatment options including therapy and Medic*tion, and the vital role of support systems and self-care.

What to Bring:

  • A notebook and pen or a notes app for taking notes.
  • Any questions you have about postpartum health.
  • A baby blanket for your infant to play on during the session.
