A Martial Art of Awareness (I Liq Chuan) Workshop
with Master Hsin Chin (Lineage Inheritor)
Come and join us in Tongham Surrey for a 2 day Weekend Workshop exploring Mindful Movement through a range of Solo and Partner training!
This workshop is open to everyone, of any style or background, no prior experience is required.
Master Hsin will be covering Foundational Principles of the system to guide participants in exploring how to feel and recognise Neutral Structure, how movement originates from the Bones, and expresses outwards as Spiral Movement leading to Stability, Balanced Movement and Power.
