Understanding neurodivergence (the umbrella term which refers to individuals who behave think and learn differently to those who are “neurotypical”) is really important for employers. All of the research suggests that neurodiverse individuals can bring a lot to a workplace but they are often misunderstood and that leads to them being subjected to unfair and discriminatory treatment.
