About the Speaker: Kirsty Smith is the founder of Natural Rays Wellbeing Consultancy and a Functional Medicine Health Coach specialising in hormone and menstrual health. She works with individuals and employers to support women and those who menstruate in understanding their menstrual cycle, helping them achieve consistent energy, better mood, less brain fog, and the enthusiasm to live the life they have worked so hard to create.

Despite living with a benign brain tumour, she inspires others with her journey of independence and self-accountability. Molly’s impactful activism and internationally recognised campaigns encourage positive change and self-empowerment.
