Understanding Digestion: Help With Your Health

Most of us take our digestive health for granted, but when something goes wrong, we are reminded just how important our digestive system is. During the session we will be learning about digestion, some common disorders, and strategies to keep our digestive system healthy.

All participants will receive a Digestive Health Resource booklet.
