Dementia can be confusing, frustrating and overwhelming for both individuals and families. In this informative and practical workshop, learn what dementia really is, why behaviors change and simple strategies that can make caregiving and communication easier.Beth Dow, owner of Home Helpers Home Care of Newnan, will be the speaker. She is a certified dementia educator, geriatric case manager, author and national speaker.
This event is at Southwest Christian Church in Newnan and is OPEN to the public.
