Understanding Cultural Humility

Practice has shifted from the idea of cultural diversity and cultural competence to a more inclusive framework of cultural humility. This framework is integral in acknowledging and appreciating cultural differences. Through this training, attendees will gain an understanding of the principles of cultural humility, how it differs from previous models, and how it can be used in working with children and families through welfare service delivery.
