A insightful, engaging evening exploring ADHD, neurodiversity and practical ways to better understand and support different minds.
About this Event

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to experience the world a little differently, or found yourself asking, “Wait… is that an ADHD thing?”

This insightful and engaging Level Up evening will explore ADHD and neurodiversity, including what these terms really mean, the different ways neurodivergence can present and why greater understanding matters.

We’ll look beyond the stereotypes to explore how ADHD may affect things like focus, organisation, communication, emotions, energy and everyday life. We’ll also consider common barriers, respectful language, practical adjustments and simple ways we can create more inclusive and supportive environments.

You might attend because you have ADHD, suspect you could be neurodivergent, support someone who is, work alongside different minds or simply want to understand people better. You don’t need a diagnosis, any previous knowledge or a personal connection to ADHD to join us.

The session will combine accessible information, relatable examples, group discussion and guided reflection, with absolutely no pressure to disclose anything personal.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of ADHD and neurodiversity, practical ideas for supporting yourself and others, and a reminder that different ways of thinking are not worth any less.

This event is for everyone, with or without ADHD.
