With diagnostics rising in children and adults it is important to have an awareness of what ADHD is and how we are treating it today.We will begin with a psychoeducation lecture on ADHD including the history of development and diagnostics. We will continue with a discussion that focuses on types of treatment, both medication and holistic. Last, we will look at how massage therapy can be an adjunct to psychotherapy in supporting the practice of self-care.
