A DANCE MUSICAL SHOWCASE
Behind every person is a story you haven’t heard.
UNDERNEATH IT ALL is an original, faith-based dance musical that follows a group of women working together, each bringing her own personality, experiences, personal struggles, and opinions into the workplace.
You’ve got different backgrounds, different attitudes, different ambitions, and women who don’t necessarily see eye to eye.
And when you put all those personalities together?
Well… let’s just say EVERYBODY isn’t going to get along!
But here’s where things get interesting.
What happens in our personal lives doesn’t always stay at home.
Our relationships, disappointments, insecurities, past experiences, family responsibilities, faith, and personal struggles can influence how we communicate, treat others, handle disagreements, and respond to situations at work.
And sometimes, the woman you see as your biggest competition is dealing with something you know absolutely nothing about.
Why do women compete against one another?
Why are we sometimes so quick to judge another woman’s attitude, appearance, success, personality, or decisions?
And how much of what we’re reacting to has more to do with our own experiences than the person standing in front of us?
Through dance, acting, spoken word, music, humor, and storytelling, our cast brings these situations to the stage while exploring friendships, workplace relationships, competition, pride, forgiveness, faith, and the personal experiences that shape who we become.
You’ll meet characters you love, characters who get on your LAST nerve, and maybe even a character who reminds you a little too much of YOURSELF!
This production is about more than workplace drama. It’s about the people involved, the choices they make, the things they don’t say, and what happens when their stories begin to connect.

If you previously purchased a ticket for our original dance musical performance before the conference was postponed and have not received a refund, we will honor your original purchase with complimentary admission to our December 6 showcase.

Through our DMV Wellness, Arts & Community Impact Initiative, we are reserving 25 complimentary admissions for mothers to attend the showcase. Each mother will also receive a special gift bag.
