Olivia Charlotte and Lucas Neil are Undercover Cameo, Rhode Island’s wonderful new folk duo. Charlotte and Neil, both independent singer/songwriters when not appearing as a duo, are known for their ethereal sound and superb vocal harmonies and are intent on cultivating an environment of loving and healing energies for every audience they encounter.
