Under the Stars St. Patrick's Day Bash

Join us Saturday March 15th for our fundraiser event from 6-11pm at ABVM School. Fun for Adults, Funds for Kids.

Our theme this year is St. Patrick's! Come dressed casual or dressy, and maybe win for BEST DRESSED! Costumes are encouraged if you so desire!

We will have an evening of raising money through raffles, a "50/50" wheel, Silent Auction items, and Drink'O! All of these items will be available for purchase at the event.

This event currently is an indoor/outdoor event, we are NOT selling "tables". Tickets include entrance to event & beer & wine.

Wine will be available for purchase by the bottle thanks to Harvest Ridge Winery.

• “Sponsor a Star”….. $101 (unlimited)

Make your student feel special! We will have their names & any message you want to be displayed on wall display at event. Student will receive the star to keep post event.

• ABVM Star Donation …..$250 (unlimited)

Your name will be displayed at the event.

• ABVM Friend Sponsor …..$500 (unlimited)

You will be listed on the school website, your logo/name will be displayed on sponsorship signage at the event and you will receive two (2) free tickets to the event.

Your logo/name will be listed on the school website & table, your logo/name will be displayed on sponsorship signage at the event and you will receive two (2) free tickets to the event. Your donation will go towards the purchase of “spirits” & beer.

Your logo/name will go on the school sign, your name will be displayed on sponsorship signage at the event and you will receiver four (4) free tickets to the event. You will be sponsoring tickets for teachers to attend the event.

• Glass Sponsor …..$2,000 available (1 available)

Your logo/name will be on the glass, your logo will be on the EventBrite event ticket page, your name will go on the school sign, your name will be displayed on sponsorship signage at the event and you will receive six (6) free tickets to the event.

• Entertainment Sponsor …..$3,000 (2 available 1 either full price or 2 at $1,500)

Your logo/name will be by the entertainment, your logo will be on the EventBrite event ticket page, you will receive a yard sign advertising the event, your name will be displayed on sponsorship signage at the event and you will receive six (6) free tickets to the event.

• VIP Sponsor …..$5,000 (1 available)

You will be the title sponsor for the event, your logo/name will be the first thing you see when you walk in, you will be recognized on the schools social media page, your logo will be on the EventBrite event ticket page, your logo/name will go on the school sign, your logo/name will be displayed on sponsorship signage at the event and you will receive ten (10) free tickets to the event.
