About this Event
Kallie Moore and spectrUM Discovery Area present an evening program featuring a deep dive into prehistoric seas.
The fossils found in the Bear Gulch Limestone are phenomenally well preserved. We will get acquainted with these well preserved critters. From coelacanths and sharks to worms and shrimp, plus a mysterious animal that is still (mostly) unidentified. The Bear Gulch fauna provides an almost perfect snapshot of life in Montna roughly 325 million years ago.
This all ages evening lecture is designed for a more focused teen and adult audience. Please leave your wiggly littles at home.
Light refreshments will be provided.
