Under Earth, Under arms We Remember - A brass band and choir concert of Remembrance

Join us on Sunday 8th November at 3pm for a powerful and moving afternoon of music and reflection as we honour the courage, resilience, and sacrifice of our mining communities in times of conflict.
“Under Earth, Under Arms” brings together Durham Miners Association Brass Band and Lirica to tell stories rooted deep beneath the ground and carried through generations. From stirring anthems to poignant melodies, this concert pays tribute to those who laboured, endured, and stood strong—both below the earth and in the face of war.
We remember. We reflect. We honour.
