We offer monthly classes for young people organised by young people. The perfect way to discover meditation and find out more about the teaching of the Buddha and how it is relevant to your life, right here and now.
Join us every third Monday of the month at the Mid Essex Buddhist Centre, 7.00–9:00pm.
The evening comprises of a period of meditation and discussion in a relaxed atmosphere.
Newcomers are very welcome. No prior knowledge of Meditation or Buddhism are needed.
