At Medical Home Plus (MHP), we walk with families who are navigating the unique and often overwhelming world of raising a child with disabilities. We provide guidance, advocacy, and one-on-one support especially for those who wouldn’t otherwise have access. We’ve been at this for 20+ years, and in 2024 alone, we’ve stood beside more than 690 families across the region.
Now, we’re inviting you to stand with us.
Uncork Hope isn’t your typical fundraiser. It’s a joyful, high-energy evening filled with laughter, local flavor, good drinks, and even better company.
