Join Dr. Joey Paynter and Jenn Fujii in a transformational two-day workshop. We call all who feel curious to explore the raw, sacred, and unearthed beauty that lives in the hidden parts of your psyche. Through the lens of astrology, depth psychology, breathwork, and yoga, we will engage and play with the unseen parts of ourselves. When we shed light in the dark hallways of ourselves, we encounter our wounds. Rumi said, “The wound is where the light enters you.” And we’d also like to add the wounds are the place that holds your greatest power, but first, we must face them. This is how we can unchain our truth and unleash our power.
What we will cover:
*Understand the role the planet Pluto plays in your life
*Recognize some of your old stories that no longer serve you
*Address the patterns that keep you from claiming your power
*Identify where you need to claim more power in your life
*Use art and yoga to support the healing process
*Engage in breathwork and bodywork that supports claiming your truth
*Meet the part of yourself that needs attention
*Learn how to befriend Pluto and use it as an ally �
*75-minute yoga class each day
*Materials for Workshop: Please bring a journal and pen
