From San Francisco or New Orleans, across the American Southwest, all the way to the gates of Hell, Nicolas Cage is behind the wheel, and you’re riding shotgun.

Wednesday April 15 @ 9:30pm – DRIVE ANGRY (2011) - in 3D and 35mm!
104 minutes
Director: Patrick Lussier
Stars: Nicolas Cage, Amber Heard, William Fichtner

Modern grindhouse at its very best, DRIVE ANGRY is a 3D exploitation epic that takes its audience from the Gates of Hell to backwater Louisiana. Excessive, over the top, and laden with jawdropping stunts filmed in 3D, DRIVE ANGRY was misunderstood at the time of its release. Today, it’s undiluted, high octane Nicolas Cage in his purest, bat out of hell mode. Attempting to recapture Paradise Lost, Cage plays the condemned and aptly named John Milton–who escapes Satan's clutches to save his infant granddaughter from a cult leader (Billy Burke). Having stolen Satan’s ultimate weapon, the “God-killer” and outfitted with a 1969 Dodge Charger (and later a Chevrolet Chevelle) thanks to the feisty waitress embroils (Amber Heard), Milton embarks on violent, chaotic, but redemptive spree of vengeance. Meanwhile, Satan has sent his Accountant (William Fichtner in his patented hilarious deadpan) to restore Milton and the “God-killer” to Hell. Featuring a slow motion Cage sex/action sequence that has to be seen to be believed (in 3D and 35mm!)!

We are thrilled to announce The Old Mill as our lead sponsor for UnCAGED Vol. 5.
