Step into a season of liberation in Spring 2026. Unbound is a three-part retreat experience for those who seek to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their authentic purpose, and rise into the next version of themselves.
Through reflection, ritual, and embodied practices, each retreat blends inner work with grounded tools that guide you toward deeper connection and a renewed sense of freedom. Rooted in the rhythms of nature and aligned with the principles of deep inner spiritual work, Unbound offers space to pause, listen, and return to yourself.

Session One: Reflection — Preparing the Ground
Saturday, March 7 | 10 AM–2 PM
As winter releases its final hold, we turn inward to reflect. This retreat invites you to pause, listen, and notice what’s ready to be released. Through guided gentle reflection, releasing and rooting practices, you’ll gently be preparing the soil of your inner landscape ——allowing space for what’s next to grow.

Session Two: Renewal — Cultivation of Awakening
Saturday, April 18 | 10 AM–2 PM
Spring brings about renewal and rebirth, inner awakenings of soul and spirit. This retreat focuses on renewal — of energy, of purpose, and of identity. Through guided reflection, movement, and soulful connection, you’ll awaken the energy of potential as you cultivate your inner truths and courage to be who you are. Renewed, and ready to rise.

Session Three: Rising — Living Unbound
Saturday, May 16 | 10 AM–2 PM
As spring reaches its peak, we rise into the fullness of who we are becoming. This retreat is a celebration of your wholeness — weaving together the wisdom you’ve gained, the courage you’ve built, and the purpose you’ve uncovered. Through ritual, reflection, and intention planting, you’ll leave grounded, and free to live courageously unbound.
