Join us for a deeply restorative four-hour experience designed to help you explore hidden relationship patterns, reconnect with your body, and create space for greater clarity and forward movement.

Through intentional movement, Family Constellation work, nourishing community, and sound healing, you'll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

No experience is necessary.

WHAT TO EXPECT
10:00–10:30 AM
Welcome & Cacao Ceremony

We'll begin by slowing down.

Enjoy ceremonial cacao while meeting the group, setting intentions, and creating a safe, supportive space for the day ahead.

10:30–11:00 AM
Somatic Movement with Dana Strang

Stress, emotions, and past experiences aren't only held in the mind - they can also be reflected in how we move and experience our bodies.

This gentle movement session is designed to regulate your nervous system, increase body awareness, and prepare you for the deeper work to follow.

Suitable for every fitness level.

Family Constellation Experience
Facilitated by Iara Line

Many of the challenges we experience today can be influenced by patterns within our family systems.

Family Constellation has incredible success rates for creating break throughs and is a process that invites participants to explore recurring family dynamics and relationships from a new perspective. Many people find it offers meaningful insight, emotional awareness, and a greater sense of clarity to release obstacles. Many attendees describe the experience as deeply impactful.

12:45 PM–1:15 PM
Refreshments & Reflection

Enjoy nourishing refreshments while connecting with others, journaling, and allowing the morning's experience to settle.

1:15–2:00 PM
Integrative Sound Bath

We'll close the experience with a restorative sound bath designed to help your nervous system settle and provide a peaceful space to integrate the day's insights before returning to everyday life.

Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

Founder of Synergy Center Scottsdale. Dana specializes in nervous system regulation, movement, and helping people reconnect with their bodies through science-backed wellness practices. She connects the science with the woo for over 20 years.

Iara Line

Certified Family Constellation Facilitator

Iara professionally a lawyer in Brazil, and certified life coach, NLP coach as well as working in Family Constellation Facilitator for over 10 years, she guides participants with compassion and intention, creating space for insight, connection, breakthough and forward movement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All participants must pre-register. Space is limited. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Cancellation requests received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will receive an event credit equal to the original ticket purchase price less processing fees. Credits may be applied toward any future event or retreat of equal (or greater value if agreed upon in writing) and are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Credit requests must be submitted through the event page. Please allow up to five (5) business days for us to process and respond to your request.
