The 2nd Annual Umoja HAP Block Party is a community celebration focused on health, wellness, connection, and empowerment in the Bayview community. This family-friendly event will bring together local organizations, community members, and partners for a day filled with free health resources, HIV/STI testing, wellness activities, music, food, giveaways, youth activities, and community engagement.
