The Underline is pleased to offer free classes of Core & Mobility with Dominic Ghany powered by Baptist Health Saturday mornings from 10-11 AM at Inter Stage.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking to move better, this class is all about activation, mobility, and building a stronger body.

Getting there:

The Underline's Inter Stage, located on SW 1st Ave right before the crosswalk on SW 8th St.

•⁠ 🚆Take the Metrorail to Brickell Metrorail Station, exit north, and walk to The InterStage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.

•⁠ 🚴‍♂️ Walk or bike (bike racks on The Underline as SW 1st Avenue and SW 1st Street) to The InterStage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.

•⁠ 🚗 If you drive, please use nearby public parking lots at Brickell City Centre.

✂️ What to bring:

• Exercise mat
• Towel
• Refillable water bottle
• Comfortable clothing for movement
• Resistance bands (encouraged)

🌧 Weather: This event is outdoors. In case of severe weather, check your email for updates. If there’s a 50% or greater chance of rain, we’ll postpone the event 2 hours beforehand. Thunder or lightning will result in immediate cancellation.
