Motherhood can be beautiful, rewarding and deeply meaningful — but it can also come with its own challenges. This session offers an opportunity to pause, reflect and connect with other mothers in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Whether you’re a new mum, an experienced mum, or somewhere in between, you are warmly invited to join us.
