Things to do before the session:

Complete any action items to resolve holds on your Workday account. Holds prevent registration.
Make sure to log in to Workday after receiving your UMC student email. Otherwise, you will not be able to access the correct version of Workday without contacting IT (Division of Information Systems - DIS) for assistance.

Please be sure to bring a fully charged laptop or tablet with you.

Parking Information:

We suggest parking near shuttle stop 27, taking the red shuttle, and getting off at shuttle stop 16. Walk under the covered sidewalk, below a catwalk, and you will see the School of Dentistry in front of you.

Due to current construction at the front of SOD, will have to turn on N. University Drive, and drive through Parking Lot 21 to get to where the pin is dropped.

How to find D502 conference room:

1st floor entrance/patient drop off entrance: As you face the school, this entrance is located on the right side of the building. Look for the magnolia tree and the entrance is past the tree and to the left. From that door, you’ll walk straight and after you walk down a hallway w/vending machines, the elevators will be to your right. D502 is on the 5th floor.
Coming from shuttle stop 16: Go towards the covered sidewalk, the sidewalk dead ends at the loading dock for the SOD. Slightly before the dead end, there's an open area with fire lane parking. From this view, you can see the magnolia tree near the 1st floor entrance.
To find D502: Exit the elevators on the 5th floor and turn to your right, walk a few steps, then turn left for the D502 conference room. As soon as you turn left, you should see the conference room. Also, there are signs posted for Academic Affairs and those will do the best to guide you to D502.
