Join us on Thursday, November 14 at Wyrd War Gallery (3505 NE Broadway, PDX) for a pre-festival event in accordance with the exhibit TERMINAL ZONE: CHAIN LINK AND NEON!Special guest and festival legend PLEASANT GEHMAN will be featured amongst 70's & 80's cult movie posters and memorabilia that pulse with the crime and slime of flickering neon reflected in greasy puddles on grimy city streets!
Pleasant will be telling torrid tales of punk rock debauchery, cult movie mayhem and haunted Hollywood from her most recent book, "Rock and Roll Witch", which will also be for sale!
Alongside movie memorabilia, Pleasant's punk fliers from the 70's and 80's will be on display, as well as reissued copies of her notorious LA punk zine, Lobotomy!
From fronting the band, the Screamin' Sirens, and appearing in films such as Hollywood Boulevard, Thrashin' and Vendetta, to being a multi disciplinary artist and world renowned performer, Pleasant has lived a life most of us can only imagine! Here's your chance to meet this true legend up close and personal!
