I was thinking we have a welcome event Friday night for people to casually come and mingle, dance, etc. Saturday we could do one or multiple activities around town in various groups or gather at a local park such as Gallup so people can picnic, use the playground, go kayaking, etc.
Saturday night go out or have a big dinner at our event hall. Sunday potentially departure brunch.
We have 12 rooms (21 beds total) we can offer up (discounted) or people can stay with local friends or family or other accommodations. If anyone does want to stay with us we need to start blocking off those rooms for that weekend as it is now open to the public to call in and book.
