Join us for our Ultimate Sparring Seminar with Master Caceres, a 6th degree Master Black Belt with over 30 years of martial arts and teaching experience.This 2 hour seminar is built for all levels, covering core sparring fundamentals and advanced techniques you can apply right away. Students will get plenty of time to sharpen their timing, distance, and reactions through structured partner drills and practice sparring sessions so you can safely pressure-test what you learn.
Sparring gear isn’t required, but if you have it, bring it (gloves, feet, shin, headgear, mouthguard). Come ready to learn, sweat, and level up your sparring.
