Join Isabelle & Liha for a wellness workshop at Orange Yoga studio in Cheltenham on Sunday 20th October 2-4pm.

We'll start our time together with an hour of vinyasa with yoga teacher Isabelle Watton - carve out time for yourself and connect to your body. We will flow through a grounding vinyasa class soundtracked by a playlist to help you get lost in your practise. Find space where you need it by challenging your body, nourishing your mind and melting into a juicy savasana.

Unwind body and mind with the sensory pleasures of Aromatherapy and the healing powers of Shea butter. Have you always wanted to learn a little more about aromatherapy but weren't sure where to start? Join Liha Okunniwa, creator of Liha Beauty on an intuitive journey to choosing your signature scent from a wide range of aromatherapy essences. You will then learn how to blend this with Shea butter and other oils to make your own multipurpose moisturising balm, yours to personalise, take home and keep in a beautiful amber glass jar.

£30 includes 1 hour yoga class, aromatherapy workshop and shea butter balm. Use of yoga mats and equipment included and plenty of herbal tea!
