Join us for an incredible in-person retreat at the stunning Rock Upper Loop in Sedona, AZ, USA. Discover the power of self-discovery and transformation in the heart of this beautiful, energetic power spot. This retreat is designed to help you find your ultimate alignment in mind, body, and soul.

This is your 'once a year opportunity' to retreat in the energies of Sedona in an intimate retreat setting. Penny, the most highly trusted hypnotist in personal development circles, will guide you on a journey of releasing limiting stories and beliefs, then reconnect your subconscious with your soul's desires so you can embody the energy of infinite possibilities.

This is 4 nights and 3 days of connection, self-exploration and embodiment. Every detail has been considered, right down to the intentional meals served by our world-class chef's who are flown in for this event.

Your all-inclusive accommodations are at the Moondance Sanctuary retreat center in Sedona, AZ. This secluded location is just off of Red Rock Upper Loop Road and has a pool, spa and sleeping accommodations for up to 20. Due to the intimate nature of THIS retreat, we cap the number of attendees to 11.

Private Chefs Andrea and Avara prepare our meals from whole food. All meals are gluten and dairy free. Vegan options are available as requested.

*Check in at 5:00 PM and get settled. 

*Refreshments will be available

*Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM

*We will begin with introductions, then open the circle of intention. 

*We will touch on the power of energetics and the connection to our soul

*After 8 PM you are free to connect, soak in the hot tub or turn in early after your day of travel.

Wednesday May 1, 2024

*We will have morning breathwork with Camden Hoch

*Soul Journaling and guided meditation

*Brunch will be served at approximately 10:00am

*Noon reconnect for open soul coaching

*Releasing hypnosis

*Grounding Yoga 

*Free time to hike, swim, sunbathe, nap or use the yoga/meditation space. 

*Dinner at 6:30 PM

Thursday May 2, 2024

*5:00 am depart for Sunrise Vortex Hike

*silence meditation and energetic hypnosis in the vortex

*10:00 brunch

*relax in the common space for conversations and soul coaching with Penny while you await your time for your massage on site. 

*After your massage you might wish to nap, slip into the hot tub or journal

*Dinner at 6:30 PM

*Prepare for your photo shoots with Devang which begin at 3:00PM. We will transport you 4 at a time to the location.
