A 60/40 raffle to raise money for ULC Norevan Ministries to buy inner city land and set up an outreach temple. Each entry is $5, and there is no limit to the number of entries. The winner will receive 60% of the total funds collected, with the remaining 40% going towards the ministry's goal of $75,000. Entries can be purchased via Paypal invoice, and the winner will be announced on Facebook live.
