Discover the Ancient Art of Pysanky
Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop exploring the traditional Ukrainian art of Pysanky — intricately decorated Easter eggs created using a centuries-old wax-resist technique.
Dating back long before pens and paper were widely accessible in Eastern Europe, Pysanky were a powerful form of storytelling. Symbols and patterns were used to convey protection, renewal, fertility, hope, and faith. Each egg carries meaning, intention, and tradition.
In this beginner-friendly class, you will be guided step-by-step through the entire process — from design planning to the final wax reveal.
