Join the University of Kentucky Percussion Ensemble for an afternoon of exciting music in preparation for their trip to Chicago the following month. The concert is in the Singletary Center for the Arts' concert hall.
The group will be performing 3 World Premieres, as well as some great highlights of recent repertoire for percussion. The concert will feature two guest soloists, UK's world class drumset faculty artist Paul Deatherage and graduate student Isaac Pyatt.
There may also be a few surprise solo performances from those competing at PASIC the following week, so make sure to get there on time to get your seats!
The concert is free and open to the public.
