We are delighted to be supported by the Faculty of Remote, Rural and Humanitarian Healthcare in bringing you this summer's face to face event in the beautiful city of Edinburgh.

This event aims to bring together emergency care practitioners within the UK who are engaging in a wide variety of global health projects, programmes and research alongside colleagues from other disciplines whose work focusses on developing emergency medicine or emergency care systems.

As always, we aim to inspire you with our experienced key notes, engage you with interactive workshops and introduce you to new and exciting initiatives via discussion fora and networking sessions. However a key part of this event will very much be you, our delegates. We want to hear about your projects, programmes and research and invite you to take part in our concept-carousel.

When you purchase your ticket we will invite you to tell us about any work you may be involved in (don't worry if you are new to this field and don't yet have work to share, this event is for you too!). The team will review the submissions and invite a selection to present during our concept-carousel session. During the event, we'll ask delegates to vote for concepts within different categories and winners will be announced on the day.

The final programme will be made available in the coming weeks but we look forward to being joined by: Professor Tony Redmond, Dr Ellen Weber and colleagues from the Royal College of Emergency Medicine's Global Emergency Medicine Committee, UK-Med, the University of EdinburghBristol Royal Infirmary's Dharura Global Emergency Care

CPD will be available via the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and event certificates will be made available following feedback for the event.
