About this Event
The UK Antarctic Science Conference 2024 will take place at the British Antarctic Survey, Cambridge CB3 0ET, 1st to 3rd October.
It will start on Tuesday 1st of October at 12:30pm and finish 3rd October at 12:30pm. This conference will be hosted in a hybrid format.
The meeting aims to bring together all in the UK who are involved in Antarctic research or the support of Antarctic science. Communication of science to non-specialists will be a theme.
Registration will be £25, to include lunch on the 1st and 2nd October and refreshments throughout, but will exclude accommodation and catering outside conference hours. Online participation will be available for free. Registration for in-person attendance will end on 23rd September.
An optional informal dinner in BAS will be available on the evening of 2nd October. The meal will be pizza with sides and a soft drink (priced £12 and bookable via the registration page).
