It is with heartfelt gratitude that we announce the University of Holy Cross will award the university’s highest honor, the Spes Unica Award, to Dr. Patricia Prechter, Dean of Nursing and Health Sciences. Dr. Prechter is retiring this year after serving the university for the past 43 years.
