Practice balancing poses and a gentle flow that gives you a sense of calm and tranquility that is much needed during the holiday season. Stretch to mix of some holiday classics and some of today's fun new holiday songs.

Bend Yoga's experienced instructor will guide you through various yoga poses to help you stretch and strengthen your body. This event is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Be sure to wear your best or worst Ugly Sweater or Sweatshirt and your yoga mat and an open mind. One 16 oz beer is included with the price of the session. The beer must be consumed the day of.
