We are pleased to announce that our Sociology Annual Lecture will be taking place on Thursday 21st November, 3pm - 4.30pm. Entitled ‘Whose shoulders? Sociology and the role of academics’ wives’, Professor Rosalind Edwards from the University of Southampton will be discussing the role academics’ wives and their silent contributions that built sociology.
