In collaboration with the Texas State Museum of Asian Culture and their celebration of Japan Day, we are cooking up a special Japanese dish!Udon Stir-fry aka Yaki Udon is a delicious Japanese noodle dish that’s easy to make and a wonderful meal staple for the whole family. Savory goodness with lots of veggies and personality, kids and kids at heart will love to make and eat this delicious dish!
